@FESTIVAL EN VOGUE, CHARLEROI DANSE, co-presented with L’EDEN (Charleroi, BE)
SAB’R, which means ‘patience’ in Arabic, is a solo choreographic work by Siham Ennajjary that explores identity, healing and reconnecting with her Amazigh roots. By blending the raw emotional intensity of krump with influences drawn from Amazigh culture, the work traces a personal journey through femininity, a sense of belonging and resilience. Developed over a period of three years, SAB’R transforms intimate experiences into movement, creating a dialogue between cultural heritage and contemporary expression. Through this performance, which is both powerful and vulnerable, Siham invites the audience to see patience as a path to self-discovery and transformation.
